Reto Clinic Bot provides an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot that helps dental clinics manage appointment scheduling through integration with Google Calendar.

3. User Responsibilities

For Patients:

• Provide accurate information when booking appointments
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Notify the clinic if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Use the service respectfully and lawfully

For Clinics:

• Maintain accurate calendar information
• Respond to patient communications in a timely manner
• Keep provider schedules up to date
• Ensure staff are trained on the system

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Make service improvements
• Temporarily suspend service for technical reasons

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Google Calendar Integration

By connecting your Google Calendar:

• You authorize us to read availability and create appointments
• You remain responsible for the accuracy of your calendar
• You can revoke access at any time through Google account settings

7. Limitation of Liability

Reto Clinic Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Missed appointments due to technical issues
• Calendar synchronization errors
• Miscommunication between patients and clinics
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Medical Disclaimer

Reto Clinic Bot is a scheduling tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For medical emergencies, call emergency services immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Reto Clinic Bot are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Access the service through automated means (except as intended)
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam or harass other users

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
